NetLogic® Announces "TrueDirectionTM"

A Network Based First Call Path Redirection Service for Multi-site Call Centers

St. Louis, MO and Chandler, AZ (October 23, 2007) - NetLogic, an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) and a leading provider of Quality of Service (QoS) Business-Class VoIP services, today announced a new service, available immediately, that allows customers with multiple call centers to automatically route over-capacity calls to the next available and appropriate call center switch without the need for a second call path.

The new service, called TrueDirection, was announced in conjunction with the Interactive Intelligence VoIP Partner Conference, being held October 22 - 24 in Chandler, AZ.

Designed as a cost-savings feature for call centers with multiple service locations, TrueDirection handles calls that come into a full queue by redirecting them back through the NetLogic network to the customer-directed next available switch.  By rerouting back through the NetLogic network, the initial call path is preserved.

"TrueDirection is an excellent solution for call centers with a large volume of in-bound calls," says Matt Siemens, vice president of marketing and sales for NetLogic.  "When the primary customer IP-PBX is full, then calls will be rerouted over the initial call path according to client protocol, thereby saving the cost of a second call path."

With TrueDirection, the client designates one master call center switch.  Then when the switch queue is full, calls are rerouted back through the NetLogic network and sent (per client direction) to the next appropriate and available call center switch.

"I am pleased that NetLogic is able to make this unique option available to call center managers," says Michael Morey, president and CEO of NetLogic.  "It will allow in-bound calls to be handled on a cost-effective, timely and efficient basis, which will enhance the end-user's experience."
