NetLogic® Announces "TrueComposureTM" Capability

Network Based Redundancy and Dynamic Failover for SIP Trunking

St. Louis (October 22, 2007) - NetLogic, an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) and a leading provider of Quality of Service (QoS) Business-Class VoIP services, today announced a new service that assures the highest levels of uninterrupted service by provisioning customer service redundancy in the core of the NetLogic network.

The new service feature, called TrueComposure, was built for the critical uptime needs of call centers, interactive voice response providers, emergency response centers, and wholesale service providers.  TrueComposure, will reroute calls to a secondary SIP trunk-enabled customer switch in case of equipment or connection failure.

"TrueComposure kicks in when the NetLogic core switching fabric cannot reach a customer destination IP-PBX - for any reason - and reroutes all call traffic to a secondary customer IP-PBX," explains Matt Siemens, vice president of marketing and sales for NetLogic.  "When the primary customer switch comes back on line our network will automatically begin routing calls back to the first location."

NetLogic has successfully tested and deployed TrueComposure with customers.

"TrueComposure makes sure that my telephony based business is always up and functioning," says Michael Heinrich of Voice-Ring.  "It provides a value to my end user customer that is unquantifiable - I can keep their telephony services up and running."

"I am happy that NetLogic is the first to bring this high availability network solution to market," adds Michael Morey, president and CEO of NetLogic.  "Now mission critical phone calls can be delivered automatically to an alternate switch in case of power failure, customer equipment problems, or disaster recovery."
